Saturday at the farmers' market

I woke up early this morning and went to the Matthews Community Farmers' Market, getting there before 7AM. I took these photos as the farmers and vendors were setting up. It was still a little dark, but you get the idea. :-)

Everything sold at the Matthews Community Farmers' Market is grown or made within 50 miles of Matthews. This is a place that fully supports "Local Folks, Local Farms, Local Food."

It's peach season in the Carolinas!

The Community House opens early, so you can set yourself up with a cuppa coffee while you wait for the bell to ring at 7:15AM.
