Salad greens

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 

It hasn't been too cold here yet (but it's coming!) so we still have an abundance of fresh "green" foods (lettuce, collard greens, mustard greens, and cabbage) at the farm. Mom just cut these about five minutes before the photo was taken. We're gonna have a lovely salad for lunch. :)
